How it works?

Microsoft Teams Phone refers to the capability of people to make and receive calls in Microsoft Teams. Microsoft 365 subscriptions include Teams Phone and enables calls from one Teams app to another. Making and receiving calls to and from landlines and mobile phones on the public switch telephone network (PSTN) in Teams is available with an add-on like Microsoft Teams Phone with Calling Plan or is included in Microsoft 365 E5. These options provide a cloud-based phone system in Teams with features such as hold, blind and safe transfers, and reporting features for professionals who manage calling solutions. 

Microsoft Teams Phone works CSC TELECOM SIP-Trunk for MS Teams and Latvian phone numbers (You can use CSC TELECOM numbers or transfer your phone numbers from your current service provider).

Microsoft 365 Business Voice (without calling plan) can be activated for: Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3 or A3; Office 365 F3, E1, E3, A1 или A3.

Will I be able to call from abroad?

Yes, you will be able to call from all over the world with a local landline or mobile Latvian number, as well as a foreign number, all you need to do is have internet.

Can I access my address book on my phone with Microsoft Teams?

The Microsoft Teams app syncs your mobile phonebook. You will be able to call all your contacts.

Is there an extra charge for calls when, for example, abroad?

The service is installed so that regardless of your location, the price of your calls depends only on the selected plan in the CSC TELECOM network. E.g. When you are in the United States and call a Latvian number, your call will be charged as if you were in Latvia. 

Are integrations available beyond telephony?

Integration with contact center or CRM systems is also possible.

What are the costs?

*0.00 EUR, if agreement is signed for 24 months.

Example cost for an office with 10 employees (already using Microsoft 365 for Business):
-Installation fee: 50.00 EUR
-Microsoft 365 Business Voice licenses per employee (10 pcs): 100.00 EUR / month
-Rate Plan Latvija Bezlimits for each employee (10 pcs): 55.50 EUR / month

Total costs: 155.50 EUR / month.
