    SEND SMS TO ACTIVE NUMBERS ONLY!

    HLR-requests are a tool for quick database updating. Mobile operators charge for a sent rather than a delivered SMS. It is more beneficial to check whether all numbers are active than to send a longer SMS to phone numbers that are disconnected or do not exist. The service allows you to check individual, selected numbers as well as the entire database.

    This check does not disturb subscribers, because an SMS does not appear on their phone. You send a request and receive only the status of being active/inactive.
